Scouting is a worldwide movement that has shaped the development of youth and adults for over 100 years. Scouts provides fun youth development activities, building resilient and confident youths of all genders from ages 5 to 25 in the Joey Scout, Cub Scout, Scout, Venturer Scout and Rover Scout Sections. The aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so they may play a constructive role in society as responsible citizens.
Scouting is a rewarding and welcoming experience run by volunteers, we also have opportunities for the whole family to be involved through various adult volunteer roles.
We are currently running three Youth Sections at Red Hill
Cubs Scouts 8-11 year olds - meeting on Wednesday nights 7.00pm - 8.30pm (Term Time Only)
Scouts 11-15 year olds - meeting on Thursday nights 7.00pm - 9.00pm (Term Time Only)
Venturer Scouts 15-18 year olds - meeting on Monday nights 7.00pm - 9.00pm (Term Time Only) Please note this is now a combined unit DRRHS - Dromana, Rosebud and Sorrento Sea Scouts
